TIPS TO SURVIVE INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE (IB)

Aku bukan r bagus sgt. Tp disebabkn aku dah 2 tahun dlm IB ni n insyaallah akan graduate sabtu ni, so aku nak share some tips on how I survive IB.

1. NEVER PROCRASTINATE especially when it related to the dateline of submitting your assignment. Maybe this sound so cliché but I believe procrastination is the worst enemy in IB.

2. IB IS NOT ABOUT STUDY 24/7. But its more on how you balance yourtime n life. Based on my experience, im not the person who will study all d time. During your class please concentrate on the lesson given by your teacher. Ya, its true sometime I also falling asleep n even sleep in class but I managed to cover it by doing some revision. During d evening, u can go jogging or playing any sports or even spend your time doing somethg your love. For me, I prefer lepakking at bilik TV while chatting n reading newspaper. Believe me, you will not fail your exam juz becoz you spend some of your time lepakking. Its all about the quality of time you spend for studies, not about the quantity…

3. STUDY IN GROUP MAKES YOUR LIFE EASIER…believe me, I love to study in a group especially when it comes to subject like economics. You can form a group consisting of 3 or 4 peoples. The method is easy: choose a frenz which is good in that subject n ask him or her to present the topics to you. Use paper n maker pen drg d presentatn. Honest to say, this method works very well with me n my frenz. Drg Sem 1 examinatn, one of my grpmate got 5 for econs but after we doing this he managed to score 7 for sem 2. sem 3 n IB exam..

4. BLESSING FROM PARENTS N TEACHERS R VERY IMPORTANT…during 2 years life as an IBIAN, during d weekend I will try as hard as I can to always going home. (ya, I know my house is located so near frm KMB). But what I trying to say is always contact your parents n family n ask blessing frm them..its ok to spend some money to calling or SMSing them rather than spending on your BF of GF…ALWAYS having a good relationship with teachers n mentors or even Mak cik DS …REMEMBER, all this person is contributing to your success…
